Twice Feels Nice 2014

BURNABY – The Burnaby Task Force On Homelessness is once again hosting Twice Feels Nice,
a collaboration cialis online with local businesses, agencies, schools, and faith communities to gather
donations of clothing, blankets and food for Burnaby’s less fortunate.

The theme for this successful annual event is Twice Feels Nice.

“It feels nice to share your used items with someone in need.”

“During the winter holiday season many citizens donate generously and demonstrate their concern
for their Burnaby neighbours who are living in extreme poverty and homelessness.
Unfortunately at this time the supply of donated clothing is very limited.”
reports Wanda Mulholland Burnaby Task Force On Homelessness.

“We are very grateful for the ongoing support demonstrated by Vancity, PODS Moving & Storage,
and Creekside Community Church for sponsoring this event. The donations received will greatly
support Burnaby citizens in need.” says Wanda Mulholland Burnaby Task Force On Homelessness.

The Burnaby Task Force On Homelessness invites any interested persons to participate in
Twice Feels Nice by bringing their donated items to the parking lot of the Vancity Royal Oak
Community Branch at 6632 Royal Oak Avenue. (@ Grimmer Street)
on Sunday May 4th between 10:00am and 4:00pm

The most urgent needs at this time include: clean new or gently used blankets, and clothing
for adult men and women: coats, jeans, sweaters, shoes and boots.

All donations will be distributed by the Progressive Housing Society Homeless Outreach Program.
